Unique water partition separates the burner from the grill
area. Moist heat flows over the partition allowing fast, even cooking
without having to turn your food over all the time. The cooking lid
thus stays closed, speeding up the process. Charcoal or wood may be
added to the box over the burner, or seasoned liquids added to the
water chamber for unbeatable flavors. Drippings fall into the
water instead of on metal, so cleanup is a snap - simply open the valve
and drain the water. With no flame under the food, there is no
charring. Sizes range from 3 to 7.5 feet wide, with
optional propane rack, side burner and fryer.
